Abstract
Disclosed is a composition comprising: a.extract having a caffeoylquinic acid content ranging from 30 to 45% by weight, a flavonoid content ranging from 8 to 16% by weight and a cynaropicrin content ranging from 10 to 18% by weight; b.spp. extract containing between 40% and 80% by weight of caffeoylquinic acids; c.extract containing between 30% and 40% polyphenols, with a verbascoside content exceeding 5% and a hydroxytyrosol content exceeding 1.5%.
