Abstract
A gland packing provided in a fluid apparatus such as a pump and compressed in an axial direction so as to prevent penetration leakage of a fluid is provided. The gland packing has a packing base materialof a predetermined length including a band-like flat braidbraided by moving a plurality of yarnsalong one track K.
