Disclosed is a fullerene derivative represented by the following formula (1): wherein FLN is a fullerene backbone, Ris a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group with a carbon number less than or equal to 24, and Aris a substituted or non-substituted aryl group with a carbon number less than or equal to 24.
