Abstract
A micro base station eNB-B, which is adjacent to a macro base station eNB-A and used in a cellular mobile communication system, comprises: a radio communication unitthat communicates with a radio terminal UE; and a control unitthat performs control to switch a power consumption state of the radio communication uniton the basis of neighboring base station load information on a traffic load of the macro base station eNB-A adjacent to the base station.
