Abstract

A user registers a desired mobile station at a desired HNB (Home Node B) in a simple operation. A CSG (Closed Subscriber Group) type base station restricts an access from a mobile station that has not been registered yet. The CSG type base station switches in response to an operation performed by a user between a standard mode that permits an access from a mobile station that has been registered in advance while restricting an access from an unregistered mobile station and a register mode that permits an access from an unregistered mobile station which intends to be registered (step S), receives a call at a telephone number for registration from the unregistered mobile station in the register mode (step S), extracts mobile station information including a mobile station ID of the unregistered mobile station that has placed the call, in accordance with the call received at the telephone number for registration (step S), generates registration information by associating the mobile station information with base station information including a base station ID of a host station (step S), and transmits the registration information to a server apparatus (step S).
