Abstract
A vibration member () has a sheet shape. A piezoelectric element () is attached to one surface of the vibration member (). A support member () supports the edge of the vibration member (). The support member () includes a first facing portion () and a second facing portion (). The first facing portion () faces the surface of the vibration member () to which the piezoelectric element () is attached. The second facing portion () faces the surface of the vibration member () which is located on the opposite side to the piezoelectric element ().
