Abstract
The present application relates to nitrogen-containing fused ring compounds shown by general formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a stereoisomer thereof as CRTH2 antagonist, wherein X, X, X, X, X, W, X, Y, L, L, L, A, B are as defined in the description; the present application further relates to a method for preparing the compounds, a pharmaceutical formulation and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds, a use of the compounds for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases related to activity of CRTH2.
