Abstract
A communication terminal () includes a wireless communication unit () for transmitting and receiving radio signals, and a determination unit (transmission/reception timing adjustment unit) for determining a transmission period and a reception period in which the wireless communication unit () transmits and receives radio signals. In a case where a connection destination is switched from a first communication device currently in communication into a second communication device, when the second communication device transmits a predetermined signal in a transmission period for the communication with the first communication device, the determination unit changes a part of the transmission period for the communication with the first communication device into a reception period, to receive the predetermined signal from the second communication device.
