Abstract
The present invention aims to provide a resource allocation method in a communication system that can effectively suppress a transmission delay. Provided is a resource allocation system in a communication system which includes a terminaland a base station, wherein data is regularly generated at the terminal, the base station allocates a resource to the terminal, and the terminal transmits data by using the resource. The terminalincludes a generated traffic monitoring unitthat monitors the data and, when a predetermined change occurs in the data, reports it to the base station. The base stationincludes a resource management unitthat determines a resource allocation according to the report from the terminal.
