Abstract
An organic photovoltaic cell, containing a first electrode; a second electrode; and a photoelectric conversion layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the photoelectric conversion layer contains a polymer having a structural unit represented by formula (I): wherein X represents S, NR, O, Se or Te; Y represents NR, O, Te, SO, SOor CO; and Rand Rrepresent a hydrogen atom or a substituent.
