Abstract

A method of treating urinary incontinence in a patient includes providing an incontinence treatment device including a first connection line attached to a support, a second connection line attached to the support, and an inflatable bladder attached to the support, with an adjustable anchor coupled to one of the connection lines. The method includes creating a perineal incision in the patient; and directing the adjustable anchor through the perineal incision and inserting the anchor into tissue on one side of the patient. The method includes sliding one of the connection lines through the adjustable anchor and adjusting a position of the support relative to a urethra of the patient.
