Abstract

A measure for selective fluorescent labeling of the Golgi apparatus, which has low cytotoxicity and excellent intracellular stability, is provided. According to the present invention, provided are a ceramide derivative represented by the following Chemical formula 1: in the formula, Ris an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, Ris an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 1 to 20, and a Golgi apparatus-labeling fluorescent probe using the same.
