Abstract
Disclosed is an apparatus for treating laundry for making a laundry treating capacity the largest. The disclosed laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet, a drum rotatably provided in the cabinet to hold laundry, the drum including a drum front portion, a drum center portion, and a drum rear portion, wherein the front portion includes a plurality of discharge holes, and wherein the rear portion includes a plurality of suction holes, a front supporter to support the front portion of the drum and to surround the plurality of the discharge holes, and a rear supporter to support the rear portion of the drum and to surround the plurality of the suction holes.
