Abstract
Disclosed are 3-aryl-6-aryl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridines thereof, represented by the Formula (I) wherein Ar, Ar, R-Rare defined herein. Compounds having Formula (I) are inhibitors of cell proliferation. Therefore, compounds of the invention may be used to treat clinical conditions in which uncontrolled growth and spread of abnormal cells occurs.
