Abstract
A rotational dampercomprising: a casingprovided therein with a partition wall portionprovided with a flow path; a rotation bodyrotatably disposed within the casing and provided with a pair of rotary vanesfor partitioning the inside of the casing into two chambers R, R, in corporation with the casing; a viscous fluid L contained within the casing; lip sealsmounted to the pair of rotary vanes in such a manner that, only when the rotation body rotates and moves in one direction, the lip sealsexpand in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction to prevent the viscous fluid from flowing between the two chambers; and a lid bodyfor closing the opening of the casing.
