Abstract

A device for anchoring a belt buckle () comprises a fitting () including a first end portion () and a second end portion () as well as a central portion () provided between the two end portions (). The central portion () has an opening for fastening the fitting () in a way affixed to the vehicle by means of a screw (). The device further comprises a connecting strap () connected on the one hand to the belt buckle () and on the other hand to the fitting (). According to the invention, the connecting strap () extends along the first end portion () and the central portion () of the fitting () and is threaded via a loop () into an eyelet () of the second end portion ().
