Abstract

Provided herein are methods of treating, preventing or managing disorders associated with low CD59 levels. The methods encompass the administration of an immunomodulatory compound provided herein, such as 3-(4-amino-1-oxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl)-piperidine-2,6-dione or 1,3-dioxo-2-(2,6-dioxopiperidin-3-yl)-4-aminoisoindoline. Further described are methods of treatment using the immunomodulatory compounds in combination with other therapeutic agents or therapies. Pharmaceutical compositions and single unit dosage forms suitable for use in the methods provided herein are also disclosed.
