Abstract
A noise removing section () is provided which removes noise superimposed on each of N linear sum signals of target coefficients by filtering the N linear sum signals. An estimating section () estimates values of the M target coefficients by calculating an inner product of (i) signals which vary in accordance with the N linear sum signals from each of which the noise has been removed and (ii) N M-dimensional vectors.
