Abstract
An engine lubricating oil supply device () according to the present invention is configured such that a connection hole () is opened and closed by a ball valve element () based on a balance between a biasing force of a shape memory spring () which changes in accordance with the temperature of the lubricating oil and a hydraulic pressure of the lubricating oil flowing into a piston chamber () such that the lubricating oil flowing into an accommodating space () from the connection hole () is drained via a second drain oil passage (), thereby adjusting the degree of opening of a first drain oil passage () by causing a piston () to slide on the basis of a balance between a biasing force of a valve spring () and a pressure differential between an upstream chamber () and a downstream chamber () which is generated in accordance with a flow of the lubricating oil passing through an orifice ().
