Abstract
A filter device for fluids, in particular for low viscosity fluids such as water, includes a filter housing () in which element holders () are provided for a plurality of filter elements (). Filter medium () of each filter element in the filter housing () separates an unfiltered side () from a clean side (). The filter housing () can be opened for inserting and removing the filter elements (). A carrier in the form of a basket () is provided for the filter elements ().
