Abstract

An implant for stabilizing bones or vertebrae is provided, the implant comprising an implant body (') which can be fixed by at least one screw () to the bone or a vertebra, wherein the implant body comprises at least one hole (′) which has a threaded portion () with an internal thread for cooperating with the screw thread, characterized in that a guiding member () is provided in the hole which guides the screw when the screw is screwed through the threaded portion ().
