Abstract
A solid-state imaging apparatus in which heat dissipation and electromagnetic shielding can be efficiently performed is provided. The solid-state imaging apparatus includes: an MCM boardon which a sensor, and a SiPthat processes an output signal from the sensorare mounted; a power supply boardon which a power supply ICis mounted; and a shielding sectionwhich is placed between the MCM boardand the power supply boardto cover the power supply IC, and which has an electrically conductive property and a thermally conductive property.
