Abstract

A piston rod () and a first piston () are arranged in the interior of an external cylinder () and internal cylinder (); a second piston for absorbing the change of volume of operating fluid () is also arranged therein. Also, a first return spring () for returning the piston rod () to the interruption position is provided and a second return spring () for returning the operating fluidinto the high-pressure chamber () by pressurizing the second piston () is provided. In addition, the air in the interior of the buffering device () is withdrawn by a vacuum pump (), and operating fluid () is thus introduced in a degassed condition.
