Abstract
Organic compounds and organic electroluminescence devices employing the same are provided. The organic compound has a chemical structure represented below: wherein, Rare independently a hydrogen, or Calkyl; and Ris a hydrogen, hydroxy, or Calkoxy. The organic compounds have a high triplet energy (tE) gap and apt to transmit the energy to a guest emitter.
