Abstract
An internally illuminated enclosure for a walkway or driveway is provided. The internally illuminated enclosure includes solar panel converting sunlight to electricity which is stored in a rechargeable battery. When a low-light situation is detected by an ambient light sensor, a control circuit provides power from the rechargeable batters to LEDs. Additionally, the internally illuminated enclosure includes a two-part placesetting system having a permanently installed portion and a removable portion.
