Abstract

In a printing machine that carries out printing while circulating a printing solution, the device inhibits foaming of the ink so that the viscosity of the ink is efficiently controlled. In a printing machine that carries out printing while circulating the printing solution containing a resin component to be transferred to the surface to be printed and a surfactant through a circulation route (), the device supplies a viscosity adjusting solution that controls the viscosity of the printing solution to the printing solution containing foam generated on the circulation route () to break the foam.
