Abstract

Electric cablehaving an inner conductor, a primary isolationsurrounding the inner conductor, an electric shieldsurrounding the primary isolation, and a secondary isolationsurrounding the shield, wherein at least at one endof the cablethe secondary isolationis removed so that the shieldis stripped. A contacting of the shield to a vehicle body is electrically and mechanically ensured in that a sleeveis pushed over the stripped shield, in that a part of the shieldprotruding beyond the sleevein the direction of the endof the cableis put over the sleeve, and in that the part of the shieldthat is put over the sleeveis intermetallically connected to the sleeve
