Abstract
A recliner mechanismof a seat for a vehicle includes components in a casehaving one side caseand the other side case. The caseis integrally attached by the attachment memberso that the one side caseand the other side caseare freely rotated. The attachment memberhas at least a horizontal tubular portionhaving a predetermined length and an abutment portionconnected to a peripheral edge of the tubular portion. In the attachment member, an abutment portionis provided on either one of left and right sides of the tubular portion, and the other side of the tubular portionis formed in an openingfor fitting in which the casecan be fitted.
