Abstract
A method of manufacturing a battery current collector foil includes: applying wet etching (electrolytic etching) to a surface of a metal foil (aluminum foil) (step S); and forming a conductive coating (carbon coating) on the surface of the metal foil (aluminum foil), which has been subjected to the wet etching, by vapor depostion (AIP) (step S).
