Abstract

In a liquid containing vessel inserted in a −Y axis direction, a substrate support member includes a first engaging section engaging with the liquid containing vessel from a +Z axis direction side at a position more to the −Y axis direction side than a contact section of a substrate, a second engaging section engaging with a liquid containing section at a position more to a +Y axis direction side than the substrate and is provided more to a −Z axis direction side than the contact section, a first pressed section receiving a first pressing force with a component in the −Z axis direction at a position more to the −Y axis direction side than the contact section, and a second pressed section receiving a second pressing force with a component in the −Z axis direction at a position more to the +Y axis direction side than the contact section.
