Abstract
An electronic deviceincludes: a first casing; a second casing; a hinge mechanismhaving an opening and closing axial-componentand an inverting axial-component; and a support assisting section. The support assisting sectionincludes: an axial-componenton an extended line of the opening and closing axial-componentin a normally opened position; and an axial-component receiving sectionthat supports the axial-componenton a wall surface of a recessin the normally opened position. The recessis open on at least one of a front side and a rear side in the axial-component receiving section. The second casingis rotated about the inverting axial-component, and the axial-componentis moved into or out of the recessthrough the side on which the recessis open.
