Abstract
Disclosed are imidazopyridazinyl compounds of Formula (I): (I), or pharmaceutically salts and prodrugs thereof, wherein Ris Calkenyl or a cyclic group, and Rand Rare defined herein. Also disclosed are methods of using such compounds in the treatment of at least one CYP17 associated condition, such as, for example, cancer, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds.
