Abstract
To provide a vehicle information transmitting device capable of resolving the bothersome that occurs when the light is strong. According to the present embodiment, a plurality of light sourcesis arranged in an array form of plural rows or plural columns in the light source panelso that light can be irradiated in a horizontal direction (right and left direction) and vertical direction (height direction, up and down direction). The light source panelincludes a diffusion plateand a shaft memberfor entirely or partially adjusting the transmitting degree (blurring degree of light) of the light of the light sourcein association with the arrangement position of the light source, and a plurality of springsthat plays the role of a fail safe for maintaining the distance between the light sourceand the diffusion platein a maximum state at the time of malfunctioning.
