Abstract

A medical device with a radially compressible and expandable lattice structure () contains at least one closed cell () delimited in each case by four webs () coupled to one another in one piece, of which at least one web () is embodied as a stabilisation web () with a first web width band at least two further webs () are embodied as connecting webs () with a second web width b, wherein the connecting webs () are arranged inside the cell () so that they lie parallel opposite one another and are connected to one another by the stabilisation webs () and wherein the ratio b/bbetween the first web width band the second web width bis at least 1.2.
