A videorhinohygrometric measuring apparatus () for evaluating parameters associated to the expiratory flow outlet from the nostrils, comprising a camera () for acquiring the dynamic image of the condensation that the flow generates on a suitable collecting surface () and a processor () for the acquired image, operatively connected to the camera () and apt to output at least one of the above-mentioned entities.
