Abstract
The present invention relates to an osteosynthesis system () comprising at least one bone plate (), at least one blade () and at least one bone anchor (). The blade () is configured such as to be insertable at a predefined angle (α) in relation to the bone plate () through a through hole () provided on a first longitudinal portion () of said bone plate () and into a bone. The blade () comprises at least one opening () which is configured such as to be aligned with at least one bone anchor hole () provided on a second part () of the bone plate () when the blade () is fully inserted into said through hole (), such that the bone anchor () may be inserted through said bone anchor hole () and said opening ().
