Main movable portionincludes mirror unithaving reflection surfacefor reflecting light, and a pair of permanent magnetsandarranged opposite to each other to sandwich mirror unit, each permanent magnet extending along oscillation axis X-X of main movable portion. Main driving unitincludes yoke unit, andarranged along oscillation axis X-X of main movable portionto surround permanent magnetsand, and coilwound on yoke unit, andand configured to be energized to magnetize yoke unit, and, thereby generating magnetic fields to be applied on permanent magnetsand
