Abstract
This invention provides an immunogenic composition including a soluble portion of a(M.hyo) whole cell preparation, wherein the soluble portion of the M.hyo preparation is substantially free of both (i) IgG and (ii) immunocomplexes comprised of antigen bound to immunoglobulin.
