Abstract
The present invention discloses a method of treating neurodegenerative disorder comprising administering an effective amount of an alkaloid which is a bisbenzylisoquinline alkaloid isolated from the traditional Chinese medicinal herb. The pharmaceutical composition thereof for treating Huntington's disease is also disclosed.
