Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coated object () through deposition of at least one transparent, conductive metal-oxide layer () on a substrate (), comprising the deposition (I) and preferably subsequent temperature treatment (II) of the coating (). After the optional temperature treatment (II), the surface texture () of the coating () is statistically adjusted through an etching process.
