Abstract
The present invention relates to new (triorganosilyl)alkynes and their derivatives having general formula 1 R—C≡C—Z (I) In its second aspect, this invention relates to a new selective method for the preparation of new and conventional (triorganosilyl)alkynes and their derivatives having the general formula 1, by the silylative coupling of terminal alkynes with halogenotriorganosilanes in the presence of an iridium catalyst and a tertiary amine.
