Abstract

A method of detecting the position of potential cancer in a breast of a patient using a contour recorder () and a plurality of diagnostic tests () and a computer () having a processor () and a memory (). The method begins by imaging and storing a contour-shape of the breast, followed by analyzing the contour shape to generate and store a 3D model () of the breast having at least one testing coordinate () relative to the breast. The method proceeds by performing a plurality of diagnostic tests () each having a different modality at the testing coordinate (), and then analyzing the interrelationship of the plurality of diagnostic tests () at the testing coordinate () to detect the spatial position of a potential breast cancer within the breast.
