Abstract
Cage for a rolling bearing comprising a plurality of pockets () for a plurality of rolling elements (), at least one pocket () being of ellipsoidal shape and provided with means () of axial retention of the cage () on the corresponding rolling element (), the ellipse defining the said ellipsoidal pocket () being determined by a major axis (A) situated in the circumferential plane of the cage () and a minor axis (B) in the axial direction of the cage ().
