Abstract

Provided herein is a method of treating an allergic inflammatory disease selected from asthma, dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, anaphylaxis, angioedemea, allergies, contact hypersensitivity, drug hypersensitivity, and allergic conjunctivitis in a mammal, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, to said mammal in need thereof, wherein A, A, W, L, G, R, R, R, Rand Rare as defined herein.
