A multiphase catalytic tower-shaped impinging-stream reactor in the form of a tower, the upper part of which is a plate or packed towerand the lower part of which is a multiphase catalytic impinging-stream reaction kettlethe upper part and the lower part are separated by a flow channel platewhich has a plurality of round holes serving as flow channelsat the top of the reaction kettleexists an upper ejectorand at the bottom of the reaction kettleexists a lower ejectornear to the side wall of the reaction kettlestands a baffle plate, which separates a static liquid zone within the reaction kettleis disclosed.
