Abstract
A crimping press () for manufacturing crimp connections is disclosed, comprising a frame (), a die (), a plunger () movable relative to the frame (), and a drive () attached to the frame () for moving the plunger (). According to the invention, the crimping press () furthermore comprises a beam () arranged between said drive () and said plunger () and/or said frame () and said die () and a sensor () for measuring the bending of the beam () arranged on or in the beam ().
