Abstract
A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a shaped part () decorated by in-mold decoration (IMD) and in-mold labelling (IML) with an injection molding apparatus () having a decoration-side tool half () and a core-side tool half (), wherein the decoration-side tool half () is movable and the core-side tool half () is fixed with respect to a frame structure. An IMD film () is introduced into the decoration-side tool half () and an IML shaped part is introduced into the core-side tool half ().
