To improve the mass productivity of thermoelectric conversion modules. A thermoelectric conversion moduleis equipped with a pair of substratesand, a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements, each having one end portion electrically connected to a first electrodewhich is arranged on the substrateand the other end portion electrically connected to a second electrodewhich is arranged on the substrate, and a connection sectionwhich electrically connects the first electrodeelectrically connected to the thermoelectric conversion elementto the second electrodeelectrically connected to an adjacent one of the thermoelectric conversion elements.
