Abstract
A structure () includes a conductor (), conductors () that are located on the same side with respect to the conductor (), that are opposed to at least a part of the conductor (), and that overlap each other when seen in a plan view, a connection member () that penetrates the conductors (), that is connected to the conductor (), and that is insulated from the conductors (), openings () that are formed in the conductors (), respectively, and which the connection member () passes through, and conductor elements () that are formed to be opposed to the openings (), that are connected to the connection member () passing through the openings (), and that are larger than the openings (). The number of layers in which the conductor elements () are located is two or more and less than or equal to the number of layers in which the conductors () are located.
