Abstract
Disclosed herein is a shift lever operating force transferring device of a manual transmission. The device includes a shift cable that connects a shift lever with a control shaft. Furthermore, the shift cable absorbs vibration and shock transmitted to the shift lever. Additionally, the device includes a bush insertion groove in which a select bushis inserted and a closing member configured to seal the bush insertion groove from the exterior.
